ABOUT KERNO
The hookah has always been a symbol of warmth and hospitality, bringing people together for cozy and friendly occasions. It was a key element of the social and family lives of past generations. But in 2016, we noticed that the world was changing and advancing in every aspect, except for the hookah. While other household items and appliances had been upgraded and enhanced to suit their functions and purposes better, the hookah remained stagnant and outdated. It lacked the attention and innovation that it deserved, especially for the new generation of users who had different preferences and expectations. It needed a redesign that would reflect modern times. That’s why we decided to enter this industry and create something new—something that would cater to the tastes and needs of the young generation, something that would keep up with the modern world.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
We are proud to inform you that we use a bronze alloy to make Kerno hookahs, which greatly lowers the risks of hookah smoke. The bronze alloy also boosts the smoke output of your hookah. Kerno hookahs are easy to clean, and
the tobacco flavor and aroma disappear quickly, so you can try different tobaccos one after another. We also intend to use steel and aluminum alloys to make Kerno hookahs in the near future. Kerno hookahs do not use waterproof
yarn like the old ones, but silicone gaskets that are very sanitary and stop the growth of germs. We handle the whole production process from start to finish within Kerno without relying on any external parties.
The first step is to melt the raw materials in casting furnaces at our own factory and form them into ingots. Then, we use CNC machines to shape them and give them a polish and an electroplated coating. The products are then
vacuum-treated, colored, and recoated. The last step is to assemble and package them for delivery and sale.
